I have been looking at both payware and freeware for editing existing
HTML I already have.

I am totally over code and wanted a WYSIWYG editor.

And the only program that worked as I needed it to has been SeaMonkey.

not many paid for programs will import existing HTML and those that do
mess it up or display it badly... including some expensive programs I
trialed.

Well done .. this is truly something worthwhile!

Nice. I'll be sure to give this one a look should I need to do any html
work in the near future. Appreciate the results being posted!

I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello?
Damn it!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and
goes to voicemail. What did you do after I didn't answer? Drop the
phone and run away?
